I'm watching the music video for that song right now. This song is so sad...
it makes me angry. At all the stupid freaking people who think they can throw their lives away like April. At all the idiots...on one hand, they're being selfish, not thinking of the people they'll leave behind when they die, the people who LOVED them, no matter how stupid they were being. On the other hand, they're not even thinking of themselves... they should know it will kill them!!! All the flipping care about is a ten minute high. what jerks.
if any of you ever even THINK about trying to pull something like that, come to me. As merciless as I sound, I'll understand.
And then, I will dropkick you to Hong Kong.

well yes. and while it's a horrific thing that no one should ever turn to, i think that at times there's people who are going through alot of things that they don't know how to handle on their own. and maybe they don't feel they can turn to God or family or friends, so they turn to something that's a quick fix for the pain - even if it's only a 10 minute high. i don't think we have the right to judge anyone for that, because we never know what led them to it. what we can do is try and intervene, get them help, and offer them the love and faith that maybe they weren't feeling before. but i know what you mean. like, who even makes this stuff? what must their mental (and physical state be)? yikes.
