Does One Vote Really Count?

Well, most people don't believe it, but yeah. Back in 1776, it was one vote that decided America would speak english instead of German. That would be weird. Well, not really, since it would have been the official American language since there was an America, but still. This also points out that there's already been a vote, the official American language IS english. Not spanish. It annoys me when I see signs with english and spanish on them, because like, America's the melting pot. And it would be a pretty boring melting pot if it only had two foods in it. So why discriminate against the other people? Grr...
And it was one vote that brought Adolf Hitler to power. I don't think I need to go over what damage THAT did. So have I convinced you yet that one vote counts?
