Christmas

I want it to be Christmas right now...

I miss the feeling of having it be freezing outside but you're inside and warm around your friends and family, maybe around a fire curled up in some blankets....

I need some Christmas music. Ah. That's better. Still, Still, Still... it's a kind of wierd song, but whatever.

I miss the feeling of Christmas. When the world stops and remembers what one perfect man did for all of us.

Yeah. That's what I miss the most.

Sure, the lights and cookies and parties are good...

But there's nothing like the Christmas spirit.

And nothing makes you feel like Christmas more than Christmas music.

Days until Christmas: 87

Bah... stupid fall. Can we at least skip to Thanksgiving?

wow...and that's what, 3 months away? i like halloween and thanksigiving, and of course christmas. but i think part of the fun of the holiday spirit is the anticipation - however early that happens to come for you.

i think I'm not liking Halloween so much anymore. You all can go nuts and everything, but personally I absolutely hate "Nightmare Before Christmas". I mean, it's a horrible movie! And really, what are we celebrating when we celebrate Halloween? I don't know...I'm just not into it anymore.

Thanksgiving, now that I love! For the past 5 years we've spent it at the Leffingwell's cabin- good times, good times. There's nothing like celebrating God's blessings with good friends and family, while hidden away in remote mountainous areas with nothing but walking through town, skiing, and Crash Bandicoot video games to play.
lol

Halloween...I think it originated as a Celtic pagan holiday.
